Variable Speed Drive (VSD)

Our Variable Speed Drive is compatible with both Asynchronous and Permanent Magnet motors. Application of VSD vs. FSD (fixed speed drive) can provide operators the flexibility to easily adjust production outputs of the ESP system as well conditions change. Alarms and limits are programmed in the VSD allowing it to automatically make step changes to optimize production operations.

The junction box is required for all ESP installations. If gas from the wellbore should migrate up the power cable to the surface, the junction box allows this gas to escape to the atmosphere, away from confined spaces.
